Relationships feel confusing, expectations are weighing you down and you worry that you're not measuring up. Do you want to feel more confident, have a better understanding of your emotions and build a stronger sense of self? I want to provide a safe space for you to explore these issues. Counselling can help get you on the pathway to better mental health.
1-1 Teen Counselling sessions can help girls explore their self-understanding, discuss their challenges and build affirming coping skills. These talk sessions can also include aspects of mindfulness; art; music; movement and games, depending on interests. Sessions can be in person or virtual.
