When providing virtual counselling services, secure telehealth platforms are used to help protect your privacy and confidentiality.

7. Record Retention

Clinical records are retained in accordance with professional and legal requirements.

  • Adult records are maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years following the last service date.
  • Records relating to minors are maintained for at least seven (7) years after the individual reaches the age of nineteen (19).
